A lot has gone into my Ducati 1199S Panigale ever since I started owning it nearly 3 years ago.
Most of the modifications are for track, which eventually became race (I did a winter series Sprint races, and annual 6 hour endurance race with 3 riders/bikes team format), but they are meant so that the bike can be quickly converted back to road as I often use it for commuting and weekend road rides.
The photos above shows the Ducati as stock, and summarise what have gone into the track set up. For race set up, more go into it, including satefy-wiring the required bolts (around coolant and oil) and removing sidestand.
It goes without saying that the rear mudguard and rearview mirrors are removed when going to the track/race.
