Had a chance to play with my Ducati 1199S Panigale on the track with a racer dude on his KTM 1290 Super Duke in the weekend.
He is curious on how the two bikes pull against each other.
Much fun were had!
My conclusion is that Panigale matches the Duke’s low-mid pull, but it keeps pulling past 160-180 kph where the Duke’s losing steam.
But around the track both bikes are just as good and as quick. Partly because the Duke guy has much more skill than me.
